Refund Policy
Every PostDeploy Pro purchase is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee, no conditions attached.

The 14-day guarantee
If PostDeploy Pro doesn't work out for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. No reason is required, and no conditions are attached — this applies whether you used the license once, extensively, or not at all.
How to request a refund
Open the customer portal and use the refund/cancel option on your purchase. If you can't find your purchase there, use the same portal to reach us with the email address or order ID it was made under.
Refunds are processed by Freemius, our payment processor and merchant of record, back to your original payment method. Processing typically takes a few business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
What happens to your license
Once a refund is issued, your PostDeploy Pro license is deactivated on every site it was active on. Any content you already migrated stays exactly as migrated — a refund doesn't undo past deployments. The plugin falls back to its unlicensed state: existing snapshots stay restorable and your connections keep working, but Pro-only features (see the docs for the full list) stop until a license is active again. You're welcome to keep using the free PostDeploy plugin afterward.
After the 14-day window
Requests made after 14 days are considered case by case — for example, a duplicate charge or a billing error. Contact us through the customer portal and we'll take a look.
Subscription renewals
If your plan auto-renews, you can cancel any time from the customer portal before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. The 14-day guarantee above applies to renewal charges too, starting from the renewal date.
